The Petschnighof Family Resort is located on the sunny side of Carinthia in the beautiful mountains of the Southern Alps. Lake Klopein is not far from here, and the stunning natural landscape is the ideal backdrop for hiking, biking, and horseback riding as well as sledding and ice skating in winter. If you want to relax, the cozy chalets, holiday cottages, apartments and rooms are simply ideal; spending some time in sauna-and-spa area or enjoying a massage are also great ways to unwind.

An exciting and varied program of activities awaits the little ones: they’ll enjoy group campfires, fishing or a walk along the riverbanks. The hotel’s very own farm is home to a number of animals and all horse-lovers, whether adult or child, can take riding lessons at the stables. The bathing lake has a diving tower, slide and toddler area. As you can imagine, the tractor rides with Gerald, a farmer, light up children’s eyes.
