Room facilities: All rooms are equipped with balcony, room safe, free WiFi, at least 1 Flat-TV with various SKY channels, telephone. Bath room with hair dryer, cosmetic mirror, towels for spa and pool, a bath robe for each adult, children's bath robes gladly on request.

Meals: Gourmet breakfast buffet, in winter a ski snack in the afternoon or lunch/package lunch in summer, for parents a multi-course gourmet dinner with menu selection, for the kids a separate children’s buffet or menu with follow-up dessert from our icebox. You are welcome to come with your children for dinner a little earlier and on most evenings we offer our own children’s table with supervision!

Indoor pool & sauna area: Our indoor pool with integrated whirlpool is open for the whole family every day from 7 am to 10 pm. Relax like the grown-ups: Kids are also allowed in our alpine sauna area accompanied by their parents, a children’s bathrobe is waiting for you in the room (on request). And if that’s not enough, there’s the Therme Amadé in Altenmarkt, about 15 minutes by car from us. There you can expect brine relaxation pools, wave and sports pools with diving facilities and water climbing walls, as well as exciting slides: a unique single looping slide, the largest funnel slide in western Austria. . .

SKY SPA: Not only the big ones, but also our little ones are happy to be pampered. That’s why we offer our own SPA treatment tailored to children such as children’s massages, children’s manicure/pedicure, teen facial treatment. Afterwards you can relax in our relaxation rooms with haybeds, water loungers and much more.

Babies: For our youngest guests we have created a baby package with baby monitor & baby look, baby set with kettle, baby food warmer, changing mat and much more. Of course, we also provide a comfortable baby bed, where a sleeping teddy should not be missing. In the restaurant your youngest member gets his own highchair & so that you can explore the surroundings together we offer children’s buggies & sledges for free rental. On request, we can also arrange childcare for your youngest (s) (not included).

Children: Our kids love to romp together with our other little guests in our children’s playroom with knight castle, slide, Velcro wall, Soft Lego, and much more. There is 6x a week childcare for all kids from 3 years old with a varied program. In the evening a common children’s table with care awaits you, as well as our unique icebox with everything your heart desires. Here you can really beat your stomach again – with as much ice as you want (or allow Mama & Papa).

Teenagers: For all teens we have created a new chill-out lounge with T-wall, hockey table, Fun4Four table with many games, table tennis, table football, Playstation & Wii. There you can enjoy your holiday away from your parents and younger siblings. Of course there is also free Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, so you can keep your friends up to date & a photo while skiing in Zauchensee definitely has potential Facebook profile picture. We also know that privacy is important to you, so there are our spacious, separate family suites, as well as our own double rooms for our teenagers.

In winter

Winter activities: Varied winter sports program: skiing, tobogganing, cross-country skiing, ice skating, horse-drawn sleigh rides. . .

Ski course: Our partner ski school and the children’s lift are located right next to our hotel. We have created the ski course “Ski with Play & Fun” for all small skiers aged 4-6 years.

Ski rental & ski pass:
The ski pass of 2-8 days is available directly at the hotel reception and the ski rental is right next to our luxury ski room.

From winter 2022/23 there is also a new starting online ski pass early booking system from Ski Amadé – prices will vary according to time of purchase and demand. The earlier you buy the ski pass online, the cheaper the price can be. Online sales will start in September. More information at Ski Amade.

Ski Amade Easter promotion:
from 18th March, 2023 there is a free ski pass for your own children up to 15 years old (born in 2007 or later)! When buying a 6-day ticket from a parent, all children under 15 years of age can ski for free on all ski lifts. (minimum of 1 week) Official photo ID required for the whole family!

In summer

Children’s entertainment: Individual children’s entertainment & unique activities with the Magic Mountains program such as: guided hiking & mountain biking tours, archery, climbing tours, sailing & surfing courses, football camp, beach volleyball & basketball, self-defense courses and much more.

Pets: Dogs are allowed in summer: until 13th July 2024 and from 31th August 2024. Your dog may stay with us in the lobby area, in the lounge and bar area, in your room and on the balcony. All other areas are not accessible to your little darling.

Zauchensee: The Zauchensee is only a few minutes walk away and is perfect to cool off on hot summer days. For sports enthusiasts, Zauchensee offers sailing & surfing courses in summer!
